Suggested use

Burn using a charcoal disk in a heat proof dish. Use sand or salt to cushion the disk.

Organic Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca)

Wildcrafted Myrrh (Commiphora myrrha)

Organic Rose Petal (Rosa sp.)

Organic Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum)
