Free Shipping

Free shipping on all New Zealand orders over $75.

Free pickup from the Apothecary or mailbox is also available — simply select this option at checkout.

Shipping Within New Zealand

We use GoSweetSpot for all New Zealand deliveries, primarily through NZ Post.
At this time, we do not ship internationally — however, please get in touch if you’d like to discuss options.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time will depend on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

NZ Shipping Rates

  • Orders under $75 (urban): $7

  • Orders under $75 (rural): $10

  • Orders over $75: Free shipping anywhere in Aotearoa

Gifting

We’re happy to include a handwritten gift card with your order.
Just add your message in the notes when placing your order.

Packaging

We prioritise packaging that minimises environmental impact.

  • All tea packaging and jar labels are home compostable.

  • Our glass jars with aluminium lids are reusable.

  • For shipping, we use plastic-free materials: natural paper tape, paper and card wrapping, and cushioned paper courier bags.

Please reuse, compost, or recycle packaging where possible.
