Suggested use

Burn using a charcoal disk in a heat proof dish. Use sand or salt to cushion the disk.

Organic Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)

Wildcrafted Frankincense (Boswellia carterii)

Organic Elecampane (Inula helenium)

Organic Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum)

All my products use herbs that are either wildcrafted or sustainably grown organically by me or others.

Keep in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight to preserve the herbs + resins natural goodness.
