Calming Chamomile

Multi-purpose calming Chamomile tea

Chamomile - known as the Mother herb - has many uses in addition to being a relaxing tea before bed:

• It is calming to both the nervous system and the gastro-intestinal tract
• Can be used to relieve colic and indigestion
• A strong brew can be of benefit for relieving menstrual cramps
• It makes a great addition to your littles ones evening bath

Brew and drink as desired

Ingredients: Organic Chamomile (Matricaria recutita)

How to store
